We’ve supported women overcoming abuse, aiding employment, improving language and digital skills, and building confidence for work and independent living.

Are you keen on helping and making a valuable contribution to someone’s life? If yes, you may be interested in our befriending volunteer role.
If you know a woman who is facing challenges, you can refer her to us. Our organization provides guidance, resources, and a safe space to help women overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Whether it’s emotional, financial, or professional support, we’re here to help her on her journey. Let’s empower more women in need.
This 12-week program supports women facing relationship challenges, including domestic abuse, low self-esteem after a breakup or bereavement, and parenting children with challenging behavior. Contact us or through referrals from schools and social services.
We offer sessions on women’s empowerment, confidence, employment, relationships, housing, and debt, supporting women to rebuild after trauma, abuse, or breakdowns, and helping stay-at-home mums and carers rediscover themselves and regain independence.
We have an employment coach offering 4 to 6 weeks of one-on-one support, including CV preparation, application assistance, and interview practice. We also offer group sessions alongside the individual coaching.
