Join our Cooking Club for fun, interactive sessions designed to help you explore exciting careers in the hospitality industry!

On the Menu:

  • Learn about different jobs and skills to work in the hospitality industry

  • Requirements to set up your own catering business

  • Food hygiene, safety, planning, and preparation

  • Practical cooking of two dishes – one cultural and one English, as a group

  • Food planning and preparation, including meal planning, party planning, food presentation, and catering

Duration: 2 hours a week for 8 weeks
